Josh Kaler

Josh is a producer, string arranger, and multi-instrumentalist in Nashville, TN. He's made records with Butch Walker, Marc Scibilia, William Fitzsimmons, Matthew Perryman Jones, Jump Little Children, Paris Monster, Frances Cone, & Heather Nova.  

His productions have been featured on Grey's Anatomy, Nashville, Lethal Weapon, Shameless, and Vice TV. His unique ability to play a variety of instruments while still listening to the song with a writer’s ear makes for productions that consistently feel honest and true to the song’s intent.  

When he’s not making records for artists, Josh likes to spend time writing music for his project Hula Hi-Fi. A majority of the new album “The Isle of Forgotten Dreams” is accompanied by The Brno Philharmonic Orchestra (Czech Republic), which he arranged for.

He can also be found as a touring guitarist or pedal steel player. He’s traveled the world w/ Aaron Lee Tasjan, Dar Williams, & his "dork-rock" band Slow Runner.
